Thank you for Everything!!!

What separates us from Animals, is it the Brain, is the power to think, I think it’s the power of understanding, it’s the understanding of feeling that makes us different from animals, but how animalistic have our thoughts and our actions become, have you noticed it recently”, When was the last time you thanked an “Auto Rickshaw “driver, when was the last time you thanked the Waiter at the restaurant when was the last time you smiled at yourself. If you don’t find an answer for the question, DON’T WORRY go ahead and DO IT RIGHT AWAY!!

The entire experience of Goodwill works wonders be it Business, Relationship or learning the entire feeling of goodwill brings confidence and Confidence brings success.
Recently I was reading about the 3 P’s,the three P’s stand for People, Processes and Products and the way I write this in this particular sequence is what makes me believe that “We the People” are very special to everybody. It’s the same “We” that makes things happen and we always felt we were so dependent, so fragile. We always feel so different about ourselves and yet we feel we all need the same space, are we confused? Are we frustrated.. Take a chill pill WE ARE HUMANS!!
I feel amidst all the respect we have for ourselves we forgive that we need a bit more than respect to keep going and doing our jobs we need some inspiration, some encouragement and some little bit of appreciation. We all need that little “Thank you” don’t us?

The whole reason for me saying this are the experiences which I had off late and well here it goes!!
It all started with the end of ‘just another day’ for me as I walked silently to the Bus Stop near my Office. The air was still fresh and the person selling Tea near the bus stop was winding up for the day. I asked him for a cup of Tea, I badly needed that. He at first was a bit hesitant but then had to reopen his shop turn on the stove and make some nice evening Tea for me.I finished my Tea and gave him his due. He chucked those coins into his pocket and started packing things. Getting the relief from a much needed Tea I said a mild but recognizable” Thank you”, then something happened which I shall sweetly remember for quite some.

On hearing my compliments, on his tired and weary face came an inspiring smile which made me smile. Only smiles were exchanged but what was exchanged more with gratitude was inspiration. It all starts with a Smile
The entire episode at the tea stall made my wait for the bus more beautiful and luckily on finishing my Tea I got the bus which I was waiting for,

I hopped on to it and grabbed a window seat just near the door (just love that seat!!) .Majority of the seats were vacant and there was hardly any people around, that made me feel more comfortable. The Conductor had finished taking all the tickets and he came beside me and he sat checking the accounts for the day. He looked really tired, standing all day and giving out tickets to everybody; maintain the commotion in the bus and all had made him really dull and placid.

He looked at me and saw at my office Badge and gave me a stare. I responded with a smile and that actually helped him to smile back. The entire tired ness in his face just disappeared with that smile and now we began talking about our jobs respectively. The conductor wanted to learn more about the processes followed in the software industry and I aptly gave him a good 15 minute brief on that one and in exchange I asked how does it happen in the Logistics Industry (I am sorry if I am wrong here!!) and I found out that Software processes are much more easier than the one there!!(again a personal perception)

.The entire conversation just went off so smoothly as I reached my destination without me knowing it and well on course I could come to know how did the conductor actually become a conductor, how big is his family, his elder son’s hurdles in joining an engineering college and his dream of becoming a cricketer.(I ll write a detailed note on the conductor after some posts) All again has to be said started with a Smile.

The day ended perfectly for me as I went home happy listening and experience various stories in exchange for a simple smile. I reached home had good food and gladly ended the day listening to the song by Bobby McFerrin “Don’t worry be happy”
Before I say anything I thank all the people everywhere in the world well for just being there
We all rock and shall always Rock to our Grave!!! Gimme a FIVE!!!!
